PetSure underwrites most AU pet-insurance brands — when you see Knose, RSPCA Pet, Woolworths, Medibank, ahm or Bupa, you're looking at variations of the same PetSure product with different branding, member discounts, and pricing tweaks. The cover wording is similar across them; differentiation is mostly price.

For cats specifically, the line items that matter most: vet consultations, diagnostics (bloods, urinalysis, ultrasound), surgery, dental (often a separate optional cover), prescription medication, hospital stays, and emergency overnight care.Woolworths Pet Insurance reimburses 70% / 80% of eligible costs up to $8,000 (Basic), $15,000 (Comprehensive) per year.

Pre-existing exclusions are universal across AU pet insurance. Anything diagnosed or showing symptoms before enrolment (and the relevant waiting period) is excluded for life.
